Frequently asked questions
Is this investment advice?
No. It is an educational screening tool. It does not know your circumstances, does not recommend any investment, and nothing it shows is a personal recommendation. Verdicts are a way to prioritise what to research, not an instruction to buy or sell.
Where does the data come from?
Each run uses an AI research assistant with live web search to gather figures from public sources such as financial statistics sites, 13F aggregators and analyst summaries. It can misread, miss or quote stale figures, so check anything you plan to act on against a filing or a data provider.
Why can I edit the numbers?
Because you may know better. Change a benchmark, a trend judgement or a figure and the score updates immediately. The scorecard is a worksheet that is pre-filled for you, not a black box.
How accurate are the verdicts?
We make no claim about predictive accuracy and past results do not indicate future performance. The scorecard encodes a sensible set of questions; the answers depend on data quality and on your judgement.
What does a credit cost me in practice?
One credit is one full run for one company. If a run fails, it is refunded. Run the same company again within 24 hours of a successful run and it is free.
Do credits expire?
Yes. All credits, whether free, bought in a pack or added by a monthly plan, expire at the end of each calendar month (UK time), used or unused. Your balance and expiry date are shown in your account. Buy or renew with that in mind.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel a monthly plan any time from the Billing tab; it ends at the close of the paid period. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase under the conditions in the Terms.
Which markets does it cover?
It works best for large US-listed companies where data is abundant. Smaller or non-US companies may return gaps, which is why a verdict needs at least 70% of checks answered.
Does it tell me when to buy or sell?
No. The moving-average and relative-strength checks describe where the price sits, not when to trade. There are no trade signals, price predictions or alerts.
