Terms of use

1. Who we are

The service is operated by Apollo Markets, a company registered in Seychelles under number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [ADDRESS] ("we", "us").

2. The service

We provide an online valuation scorecard that gathers public information and scores a company against a fixed set of checks. It is an educational tool, not advice (see the risk disclosure). You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or over. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share an account, resell output, or use automated means to access the service.

4. Credits and payment

One credit is consumed per full scorecard run. A failed run is refunded automatically. Re-running the same company within 24 hours of a successful run does not use a credit. All credits (free, purchased or plan credits) expire at the end of each calendar month (UK time), whether used or unused, and have no cash value. Expired credits are not refundable. Payments are taken by Stripe in the currency shown. Monthly plans renew until cancelled and can be cancelled from the Billing tab; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds and cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the UK you may cancel within 14 days of purchase. By using credits you ask us to supply the service immediately and acknowledge you lose the right to cancel for credits already used. We will refund unused credits purchased within the last 14 days on request to info@itradestocks.org. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, probe or disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Intellectual property

We own the service and its design. You may use output for your own personal research. Third-party data remains the property of its owners.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy or availability. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for investment losses or indirect losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you of material changes. These terms are governed by the law of [Seychelles. Confirm governing law and courts with your legal adviser.]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
