Who is responsible
Apollo Markets, registered in Seychelles, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: info@itradestocks.org.
What we collect
- Account data: email address and a hashed password.
- Usage data: the companies you run, saved reports, credit transactions, and technical logs such as IP address, used for security and abuse prevention.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive a customer reference and payment status, never your card number.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the service (contract), to process payments and prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests and legal obligation), and to email you about your account such as password resets. We do not sell your data and do not send marketing unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and Anthropic, whose AI is sent the company name you type, never your email or account details, in order to gather data. We are based in Seychelles, and our hosting provider and sub-processors may be in other countries, including outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data internationally we use appropriate safeguards. If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta also processes that conversation under its own privacy policy.
Retention
Account and report data are kept while your account is open. You can delete saved reports at any time and ask us to delete your account. Financial records are kept as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to certain processing, by contacting us. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
